What can I expect from the event?
The 2026 Hankook London E-Prix will be held on Saturday, August 15th, 2026, and Sunday, August 16th, 2026, at Excel London, Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London E16 1XL.
As part of the 12th season of Formula E, the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship visits some of the world's most iconic locations, offering exciting races and serving as an international showcase for the development of electric vehicle technology and sustainable mobility. It is the FIA's first all-electric world championship and the only motorsport certified as carbon neutral from its inception.
This high-stakes double-header serves as the definitive season finale, where the world’s premier electric racing drivers battle for the final points of the year. It all culminates here at the Royal Victoria Dock, where the season 12 World Champion will be officially crowned.

The experience will take place at Excel London, Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London E16 1XL
Is the event indoors or outdoors?
The track is a unique indoor combination but the fan experience will be inside the Excel convention centre
How long does the experience last?
The full day lasts approximately 8 hours.
Will food and beverages be available?
Yes there are many food and beverage vendors on site, providing options for all dietary types.
What is the nearest public transport?
The Elizabeth Line and DLR services both directly serve the ExCel via Custom House and Prince Regent stations
Will parking be available?
Yes.
Is there a dress code?
No specific clothing is required. Comfortable clothing and footwear, a hat or cap are not needed.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, exclusive London E-Prix merch will be available on this occasion
About tickets
Where can I get tickets?
Tickets are available on the Fever app (Google Play & Apple Store) and the Fever website.
What types of tickets are available?
Grandstand tickets and Fan Village tickets. Adults, Young Adults (16–24 yrs), and Child tickets (3–15 yrs). Children under the age of 3 years can enter free of charge; however, they will not have access to a seat within the grandstands.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
Open to all ages. Children up to 3 enter free but will not have access to a seat within the grandstands. Ages 3–15 must be accompanied by a guardian or have formal authorization. A guardian is classed as someone over the age of 18 years. Young Adults aged 16–24 must attend with proof of age if required.
Can I buy tickets at the box office?
Subject to availability, tickets may be available from the on-site ticket office.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer them from the Fever app for free.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You will receive a QR ticket via email and in the Fever app.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
Check the Fever app under "Tickets" using the same account used for purchase. If the issue persists, contact Fever customer support.
Are refunds allowed?
All sales are final. Tickets cannot be refunded.
Do you offer press passes?
Journalists, photographers and non-rightholder TV crew can apply for media accreditation, but you would be required to provide proof of past professional work at other events (motorsport is preferred) with links to the published coverage/photographs/content piece in the respective outlets/platforms. Full media accreditation instructions and submission deadlines can be found at Media Accreditation - ABB FIA Formula E World Championship and all applications must be submitted via the FIA AMS - https://fe.ams.fia.com.
The FIA will then review your application and contact you via email with the outcome closer to the event.

Can I make a group booking?
There are no group booking rates available.
Accessibility
Can I bring pets?
Pets are not allowed. Properly registered service dogs are allowed with documentation.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event space is flat, with no requirement to cross bridges or use lifts to access event spaces.
What accessibility measures will be in place?
Accessibility platforms, accessible bathrooms, wheelchair-accessible bars and stands, and support staff in accessibility areas.
What items are prohibited?
Any item or material that, in the reasonable opinion of Formula E, is deemed to be dangerous, used for ambush marketing or political protest, or may cause injury, damage, distress, or disruption to the event, other attendees, and/or personnel
Weapons, replica weapons, or items resembling weapons, including but not limited to knives, firearms, blunt offensive objects/batons, items with sharp ends, ammunition, replica ammunition, or any item resembling ammunition
Motorcycle helmets with visors
Glass bottles, cans, thermoses, or other blunt instruments
Aerosol cans
Explosives, chemicals, or incendiary devices
Fireworks, flares, and firecrackers
Umbrellas and large flags/banners (larger than 60 cm x 60 cm)
Skateboards, scooters, or other types of skates (including wheeled footwear)
Alcoholic beverages purchased outside the venue
Animals, with the exception of those trained to provide assistance or guide duties
Illegal substances, including drugs and needles (unless required for valid medical purposes)
Poles, flagpoles, sticks, large photography equipment, and bats
Drones or unmanned aerial devices
Motorcycles, bicycles, or any other type of vehicle
Electronic transmitting equipment or laser pointers
Large objects such as suitcases or items too large to be electronically screened
Camping equipment, including but not limited to tents, parasols, camping chairs, BBQs, or camping stoves
Clothing or items which, in the reasonable opinion of Formula E, may be used to impersonate or imitate Formula E or event staff

Restricted items
The following items may be brought into the venue but are not permitted for use in certain areas for the safety and comfort of others:
- Strollers are not permitted within grandstands or dedicated seating structures/viewing platforms. Strollers are subject to a security search, as with all other items. Strollers brought into the venue must be left in an appropriate area as directed by security or event staff, at the owner's own risk.
- Cameras (there may be certain restrictions in place for photography and recording).
Is it suitable for people with hearing impairments?
Yes. Formula E is generally much quieter than typical motorsport, however be mindful it can still be noisy inside the ExCel venue.
Can I combine two purchases to sit together?
Purchases are independent. To sit together, tickets must be bought in one transaction. Contact the Fever customer service team for further assistance.
Will there be restrooms?
Yes, toilet facilities will be available on site.
Is there a lost and found service?
A lost and found service will be in operation. Guests and staff who find lost items will report them immediately to the Info Point. Items will be stored here until the end of the event, efforts will be made to contact the owner if identification is found with the lost item.
